Complaints

Complaints can be entered by the subscriber using the SSM. Complaints are filed with an ACTION_COMPLAINT transaction. Sites can control what categories/remark codes the user selects from using the parameter WEB_COMPLAINT_REMARKS. The value of the parameter is a comma delimited string of remark codes, such as: WC,RM. Remark codes must have the action id of ACTION_COMPLAINT in order to be seen in the SSM. Once the user completes the complaint, the transaction can be seen in the Customer Service screen. Complaints are entered in Newzware like missed deliveries. For more information, see Missed Deliveries.

You can directly log a user into the complaints page of the SSM, bypassing the login/landing page using the following.
